Catering Manager Required

Catering Manager Required
30 hours per week Salary £12480 - £14040 Pro Rata Depending
On Qualifications Experience

We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Catering Manager to spearhead, develop and modernise our catering services.

Menu planning, costing and development skills are paramount. You will have an outstanding attention-to-detail and a passion for quality standards, be innovative and inspiring with food bringing fresh dining ideas to our clients.

This is a hands-on role and you will be expected to cook as well as manage, leading the kitchen team from the front and by example, working alongside the kitchen team as well as all the food service staff.
There will be lots of liaising with the clients and you will strive to exceed expectations.
You will be financially astute and confident to manage all aspects of the catering service.
This is a Monday – Friday position but some degree of flexibility will be required.
Due to the nature of the role an Enhanced CRB check is required.
